So you've read my Safely Modding Thread on here too? If not General Tech section and have fun.

The new DP does come with a o2 bung but most people delete the rear o2 sensor. If your car is a '01+...you HAVE to run the rear o2 and have the cat code tuned out of the PCM or put a high flow converter in there.

x2 what blue said. The downpipe replaces the section where your stock cat is. It isn't that much more money to get the SpeedDaddy headers. If you plan on modding more in the future, skip the downpipe and go right to headers.

2002 GTP: GMPP Sway Bars, BMR trailing arms, KYB AGX/Vogtlands, 12" brake upgrade
    Modified SSAC headers, K&N Intake, 3.4 MPS, S1X, Gen V, 104's, HPTuned.

I've seen those headers on ebay for like 200 bucks, are they any good, the speed daddy ones? also do the speed daddy headers delete the cat or is it possible to keep a cat in my exhaust system

It gives you the option because it is all slip fit...there are MANY header threads on here so knock yourself out there for questions...every single one has been answered like 97.6 times. They are great headers...just gotta relocate the o2 and get better clamps IMO.
