3.4 and 3.3 pulleys are so close to one another that it almost doesn't matter, however, i would pick the 3.4 as a starting point.

the amount of power you get out of it is determined entirely from the tune and what pulley you're running.

then you're not going to get nearly as much power out of the setup as you want.

i can do more research. how hard are they to tune and what is the best affordable software. i have helped tune turbo race bikes but those have data loggers and not much with anything but fuel changes

the easiest and pretty much only choice you have for tuning software is HP Tuners. it'll set you back about $500.

HP Tuner and as much reading as possible. There are alot of people on these forums that will be more than willing to help out with a tune.

If you are going to put a cam and headers on your car you should easily be able to run a 3.3 pulley or smaller. The Headers and cam booth take away boost, but do research check into it. If you are buying from zzp ask them for their advice.

Good luck. Dealing with ZZP's customer service is like grabbing a live wire.

I'd call from another number and ask to talk to Uzoooombaba Igloo himself.

Then tell him have fun getting his company bashed on every national forum people actually belong too, since ClubGP is so full of sh1t its brown and doesn't count. My buddy's cousin already got them laughed off of CobaltSS.net so it is only time where all the forums kick them down a notch to where they belong...they really aren't all that they are cracked up to be

Please tell me you paid with a credit card. If so, wait till you get your new pulley and then contact your credit card company and explain the situation with how you didn't get your pulley the first time you paid for it. I and my family members have had some doozies with dishonest online sellers and the credit card company (for once) turned out to be the good guys that made it all right.

If not, then definitely contact the BBB like another member suggested. Don't just give up and walk away. If you become a big enough thorn in their side, they'll play ball.
