yea i just got a e-mail back and they are not going to fix the problem so i have to eat the 100$ plus shipping and order another one now i know why i hear people talk SH** about them.![]()
Please tell me you paid with a credit card. If so, wait till you get your new pulley and then contact your credit card company and explain the situation with how you didn't get your pulley the first time you paid for it. I and my family members have had some doozies with dishonest online sellers and the credit card company (for once) turned out to be the good guys that made it all right.
If not, then definitely contact the BBB like another member suggested. Don't just give up and walk away. If you become a big enough thorn in their side, they'll play ball.
