so who would be interested in some bolt in stainless headers for $425 shipped? Would need about 5 people to get into this operation up and running.

I already have headers nick. I was asking because i could get the headers and mod them and weld them up nice stainless so people wouldnt have to and still get a good quality header at a good price, but if ssac are really that great and are that cheap, i cant compete with that.

I know you do...but I won't get into the reasoning WHY I tell you to get either doner cars in your area and post pics of the install or put it on your own car...

No pics yet thats why i was asking, not going to invest money into something if no one wants them. They are the stainless steel ones like the obx, and ssac, but all the issues fixed. They would be either 2 or three piece ( customer request). The 2 piece will have the crossover welded to the rear header. The 3 piece would have a flange that bolted the crossover to the rear header for easier install. They both have a donut flange for the front header to crossover connection. All welds would be matching stainless steel, no rusting to worry about. Basically all the good with no bad for alot cheaper then other headers. Primarys are 1 3/4" and the downpipe is 3" and not that retarded style like the pacesetter and ssac with the hump in the downpipe.

i would recommend 2 piece. have you seen S&S in person? the fit PERFECT. i loved them. if they were to be produced as a larger primary, 3" downpipe header then they would be all kinds of the perfect header.

design them after those headers with bigger primaries and downpipe and they will be the best headers on the planet. no joke.
