I disagree. i can feel a harder kick in mine at just after the launch (2-3000 RPMs) and way more push in the 3k+ range. So much noticeable that the little bit of hard kick from the Trans ( 1st to 2nd shift) is no longer there. it feels like the shifting is happening a little later in the RPM range and is smoother( on normal driving).Originally Posted by SF9777
As far as cutting up the airbox or the fenderwell, or cold air/hot air. i searched this forum 3 times over looking for which one to run. the guys on here running the best setup's all seem to agree( like Grimsin said). If you are going after power, then cold or hot doesnt matter, only volume and most importantly COST.. lol
my setup cost me under $60 and i LOVE the way sounds and looks.
All in all its what you want to do, i worked on a jeep for the last 2 years so i was excited to work on this, and so far its turned out pleasing.
