Best plugs are Ac delco 41-101 Iridiums, you will pay a bit more for the plugs, but they are the best for the car and last the longest, up to around 75-100k miles.
yea thats about the millage it has on thx
Tune up consists of these things in this order
pull off throttle body and clean up all the carbon with carb cleaner and us maf cleaner to clean your maf
2 bottles of seafoam. Put 1 bottle in gas tank and 1/2 of the other in the oil 50-100 miles befor an oil change. then pull the vac line off the brake booster and have someone sit in ther car while the car is running to keep it going if it starts to stall and slowly pour in the other half bottle into the line untill you are almost empty then pour the rest in quickly to try and stall the car. if it doesnt stall have them shut the car off immediatly. Let the car sit for 15-20 mins to allow the seafoam to sit and eat at the carbon then start the car. let it idle for like 30 seconds and start to rev the engine slightly untill the smoke from you exhaust clears up.
Next after you have drove the car for like 50-100 miles change your oil and filter.
change fuel filter
pcv valve
spark plugs and wires
air filter or if you dont have a hai it wouldnt be a bad idea to slap a 45$ spectra cone filter on the end of your throttle body(there are how tos on this forum if you look)
you could do a tranny pan drop and change filter and fluid.
thats pretty much it
Edit: i almost forgot to mention if you havnt had the lim gasket changed by now do that and the alum coolant elbows
Also flush to coolant like 10-20 times and switch it to green/global coolant and a new tstat
