    well i can tell you one thing... HD claps are a requirement on these things.
    problems that arose.

    painted PVC doesnt grip well. flimsy hose clamps will move... my intake fell off like 4-5 times.

    yesterday as i went home to secure it with better clamps, it slipped off and brought the pipe with it.
    pipe stayed out of the fans thanks to the IAT sensor but came to rest on the headers thus.....

    Dang you are lucky it did not hit the fans. Just use the hose clamps on the rubber pvc, they worked great on ours. And after word Zip tie the intake to something solid to reduce all the movement.
