So whenever i get my suspension rotors and brake pad done i'm thinking starting my Csc build in something like this order

    phase 1:
hv stage 2 tb - installed
poly motor mounts- installed but squeaks when shifting, noticeable increase in vibration
    poly dogbone bushing -
    solid motor mount - installed
    hv3 insert - installed
headers- installed zzp headers not a great fit, rubbing again firewall cause, can hear random rubbing

    phase 2:
    transgo shift kit
    water pump underdrive pulley-installed
    relocate battery to trunk-
triple pod- boost, oil pressure, aem wideband
exhaust- installed 3in dp to 2.5 catback

    phase 3 or 2:
    ported lim- installed
xp hot cam - 105# springs(for semi daily driving), mod'd retainers and Rollmaster double roller timing chain, valve locks, machines oil pump with gaskets
    Lsx lifters- accquired
    Yella terra 1.6- accquired

    phase 4:
    change fuel pump-
aeroforce gauge- take out boost gauge
    miscellaneous-

    phase 5:
pdr or pdr with 2-tone paint job
    re-tint the car- 15 or 20%
    brickyard spoiler with brake light-
    body kit- ???

    Go used ZZP headers.

Skip the under drive, cooling is good. You might want to get a larger rad.

    Get new OEM LS7 lifters.

Yella Terra YT 6669, 1.61 ratio. Not a fan of the HS rockers. Apparently at high lift you'll have less lift with 1.7 RR than stock rockers. Almost suggest the 1.7's based on that. (YT 6649)

    Crow 105's?

Get your double roller crank gear machined, and possible re-hardened. Or use a new stock setup.

Good paint will set you back most of your budget.

You could custom make some turbo manifolds...other than that...that is just a centrifugal supercharger...still belt driven.

its actually $2350 on paxton website and a rebuild is like $500+ shipping. I figure with the gauges and tuner i got along with it in the deal i figured it really only cost me $1200 granted i need a new cog pulley and some other minor stuff, so i'll say it cost me $1500 and i hope to be 2 secs faster right out the gate, so maybe around 13.6-13.8 quater

    Finally got exhaust installed

They werent kidding about finding headers that can easily fit into a 5th gen monte

The back headers are rubbing against the firewall causing random vibrations when driving or using the AC

Time to remove that header and "massage" the firewall with a BFH. Maybe introducing a bunch of false KR with it like that. Looks awesome otherwise! Nice job.
