    the bulbs you can change to blue just fine and the only thing youll have to take the coating off of is the needles. those are stained that orange color, but you can sand that off and they will be white and in turn light up blue.

    Im pretty sure that all the numbers and everything on the cluster is back coated with color also. On my old car I just bought a blue stock looking overlay for like $50 and it looked awesome. Canging the bulbs will only change the color around your odometer.

    Hmm, I may sand the needles. I will have to take out my cluster to see if there's an orange coating but you say there's not..
