Steps to install a functioning PCV system instead of a breather:
1. Remove front valve cover. Drill and tap front valve cover and install barb fitting (i.e. 1/2" NPT x 3/8" barb).
2. In FRONT of turbo inlet, install a barb fitting, preferably a 90-degree fitting that points INTO air stream.
3. Run a rubber or silicone vac line from fittings installed in steps 1 and 2.
4. Remove rear valve cover. Drill and tap rear valve cover and install barb fitting.
5. In FRONT of turbo inlet, Install a barb fitting, preferably a 90-degree fitting that points AWAY from air stream.
6. Mount an oil catch can somewhere in the engine compartment.
7. Run a rubber or silicone vac line from barb fitting installed in step 4 to catch can inlet.
8. Run a rubber or silicone vac line from barb fitting installed in step 5 to catch can outlet.
9. Tap stock PCV inlet hole in throttle body, and install a plug.
10. Take off stock PCV valve cover. Get a rubber vacuum cap and put on PCV valve to block flow. Put cover back on.
Look at the plumbing diagram with the angled inlet/outlet in this link. This is what you are essentially trying to accomplish.
