I've been planning out a turbo build over the past couple of months, and the past two weeks I've been squirreling parts for it. My goals are to make as close to 400whp as possible (no more, srs lol) have full boost by 2500-3000rpm, not cost me over $2500 (I know my work is cut out for me so far) and not blow up the car or trans for at least a year(insert TEP comments lol). Anything else I'm overlooking? I'll listen to suggestions of course, but for parts I'm pretty much set in stone, with the exception of the turbo as I'm still researching my options.
