I keep a .40 in the trunk in a biovault, thankfully our rear seats fold down.

I think it was justified, big deal its a simple assualt and battery charge and its only a $90 dollar ticket anyways. Self-defense, he used his vehicle as a weapon before you used your fists.
This is why I love living in N.C......we have a "open carry" right. As long as you have the gun in the passenger seat not covered up your fine. If you get pulled over , roll your window down place your hands on the side of the car, and say, just wanted to let you know ive got a gun in the car. If he/she asks you for a conceled carry permit, just tell them you are exercising your right to open carry. Most say ok, or thank you...hell 2 officers have offered to buy my glock lol. Just check with your local/state laws before you try "open carry".

That's sad that it got to that level but I think the guy deserved it. there's absolutely no reason to vandilize someone's car just cuz you have a P.O.S plain and simple. The guy should've faced the facts that his car sucked and dealt with it. I don't think you were wrong

er..easy way..call 911 and report a drunk with road rage. you could have given them make, model and plate #. I would not risk my life or insurance rates for someone acting that stupid.

We have no CCL here, its too blue for that.

I do have one other question, what cop in their right mind would want a junk pistol like a glock? I sell guns for a living, Why dont you trade up for a new springfield armory .40 or a S&W M&P .40 or .9mm?

I know the glock is lighter and all but I have not found anything else other then weight that makes them stand out.

Bad idea. Colossally bad idea. So is intentionally causing a traffic accident. What are people thinking??

Well unless you just want to give me a XDM, then ill hang on the my 23 lol. Honestly a stock glock .40 is junk. What were they thinking making a barrel with a unsupported chamber? This is why mine has a storm lake Ive shot the M&P and like it, but ive never had any issues with my glock, plus it's what I used to qualify with. As far as a 9mm is concered.....too big for squirrels, to small...well you get my point lol. They make some decent 9mm ammo, but I like a larger grain bullet. To each his own I guess. If I were going to upgrade, id start to look at a Kimber Pro-carry or a Para. BTW I do gunsmithing on the side

ive been in these situations before, sometimes, depending on my mood and how many im dealing with changes my opinion.

one on one - handle your business ( this can be for any number as long as its even )
two on one - possibly depending on the situation
anymore than 3 though, im on the cell gettin some rallied

i have called the cops before only because sometimes it does work better than me doing something brutally stupid and fu%k stain wins in the end, ive made up all sorts of **** too, saying i saw the person drinking and swerving and almost hit someone all the way to he pointed a pistol at me out of his window. again all varies on my mood, i once beat a guy up when he wanted to race on the freeway, so i did and he got smoked he then proceeded to follow me to the gas station to get in my face and talk a big game woofin. he had his lady with him so he must felt like i just r.kelly'd all over her lol but yeah he was served twice that day.

in vallejo, ive been almost car jacked twice in broad daylight on busy streets .... so these days im like.....

    make my day.

44 mag, its a great for intimidation, havent had to use it yet ( for defensive purposes ) but when people see it they say oh ishh! cant wait until i decide to build my AK, i have all the parts just waiting spare time. thinking about getting a few more hand guns and a couple more shotguns just for when the world decides to crumble

I've got sleeping issues. Catch me on a "good day" and i've got patience that'd make a sloth, or a slug cry... but catch me on a day when I've not had sleep for a FEW days... heh... I shoot first, ask questions later.. and A&B Tickets in NYC ain't a simple pay-and-go situation... I learned the hard way.. In da ol BeeMer I had a lil fold away portion of my carpet that if ya wasn't looking, wouldn't know was there, with a stashed .38 snub, and another in the trunk with a Lupara... for those Sicilians out there, you know what im referring to... just for kneecaps only. *wags finger* but for the rest... I LOVED carrying around police issue weapons & ammo, specifically for those certain "hairy" situations. NYPD ain't too smart. (no offense), by the time they (or internal affairs) figure out the shot didn't come from one of their OWN, im LONG gone.
