Gonna be getting new tires...gonna keep my stock 16 inch rims...how much wider can I go with the tires? I have heard bonneville guys can run 255's.

the best choice is the stock size. traction won't really be improved with any wider tires than that because of the way they end up cupping and transferring under load.

I have 235/60's on my stockers.
Fills the wheel well nicely.
