Those tires would be top of the line. (Think of the big three as ; Toyo GSI-5, Blizzaks, X-Ice)

If you wish to get a higher quality 100% WINTER tires without paying too much, I suggest either the Gislaved Nordfrost 100 (On clearance at the moment, same performances as Nokians in my experience for half the price.)
You could also go with Kumho's Wi31 or WP71 on a budget.

Oh and on a really tight budget, from our beloved China ; Sailun's WST1, they actually copy a common design that works well and I've had pretty good feedbacks for these china-snows.
