    Its a distraction?

You can't hear anything but your music. Thats unsafe, not distracting.

Still do it, but you've gotta keep watch of your rear view else you have no idea whats behind you and could want you to get out of the way lol.

Almost been t-boned by cops doing illegal u'ies just driving normally so its a good idea to be alert...

I'm shocked that he didn't attempt to search. Around here if you're under about 30 and you get pulled over by a cop there's about a 10/10 chance they'll try to search you and your car.

Negative on the no evidence. I am pretty sure cops are "trained" to know what is too loud and what isn't. I am fairly sure if a cop visually estimates you speeding, it will hold up in court.

    Why?

Here they'll stop you if you're speeding or if your tint is too dark, bass, or underglows.

    Thats it.

I pass cops all the time and nothing happens?

Been through ride programs (stop every car on a friday night and get in your face to smell for boos as well as ask) and got a speeding ticket.

Never once has anyone asked to search my car.

And i've been through ride with tonns of alcohol and no one the legal age to have it

TCO, in ohio thats true. but the cop has to have special training.

Here they dont need to say you're speeding, they just need to say you were pulling a racing stunt aka tire spin and you're instantly done.

Just fight it. If he don't have a db meeter he cant prove it. If he cant prove you guilty beyond a reasonable doubt then your off the hook. Yeh I also have a switch hooked up to my remote wire b/c cops are dicks around here for that kinda stuff. Is strange tho I only turn my subs up on the open highway. I hate that it rattles my car apart in town and it just sounds like **** on the outside ne way. Well last words are take that mo fo to court see if he can prove it. If he cant then go out to your car and blair that **** in his face.
