Both i believe the sd are 3" although it looks like it gets a little smalled towards the end so is it just a stock gasket i need and do i need to buy a new one or can you reuse the original?

They are 3" pipe that reduces to a 2.5" flange most of them are measure it to make sure I don't have SD headers and yes you need a new gasket.

Ahh ok cause i remembered you saying not to use the manifold gaskets so i went and bought some new felpro manifold gaskets but didnt even think about the dp gasket.

Use the original metal manifold gaskets they are reusable and work the best Scotty talked me into it lol I got some from rock auto sealed up good

Yea I did the same thing as you I bought felpro I had them on my plog setup had issues sealing so I bought some oem ones when I just put my slp headers on. I almost bought sd headers but I got a good deal on some slp headers you might want to change the single wall flex on the SD headers they are known to leak I did the same on my slp headers because they come with a single wall flex

It's a regular bolt... available at home Depot or lowes.. there's nothing special about them
If you didn't live so far away I'd just ship this to you but shipping is ridiculous lol
