Oh ya, when I delt with my rust I used a siphon blaster, then figured I would try out rust bullet, and their blackshell top coat.
Rust bullet applied to my rockers, 2 coats

Then topcoated with 2 coats of blackshell, dries hard as a rock.... on anything it touches
