Alright so update. I got it pretty much on. Turns out that Matt was correct. I dialed it in at .4 and its pretty much perfect at wot.

Alright so update. I got it pretty much on. Turns out that Matt was correct. I dialed it in at .4 and its pretty much perfect at wot.
This suggests the issue is between the WB and the PCM. Or the PCM is not reading the voltage correctly.
The other thing that sucks about this is the AEM doesn't use the same 5V source as the PCM. It makes it more difficult to get a good reading all the time as each power supply will vary based on load.
Edit: Seems this is mostly moot as it seems the error was in the scaling.
Glad you got it figured out. Now you're ready to make some fun excel spreadsheets.
So after re-reading this and to give others the answer.
You just did (PID.2811/.4)+10 correct?
And if the voltage was off you scaled the 10 down if needed to say 9.7 or 9.8 etc etc etc.
Are you ever going to fix the tread title it's driving me nuts seeing that.
