Thread: Someone tried to log into my account?

I get an email Saturday night at 2:30 in the morning and it says someone tried to log into my account here 5 times with the incorrect password. The IP listed was 209.129.110.112 which is from St. Louis, Missouri. I'm not really worried about it but has anyone else had this happen?

ok. Wasn't a big deal. I didn't realize it's happened to other people on here.

We need a "someone tried to log into my account" section
right below "do I need to machine my double roller crank sprocket"

Yeah it happens a lot. I couldn't figure it out. I was told it was the Chinese....

When I brought up the IP address in google it said St. Louis and gave me the coordinates. Popped them into google maps and it was at a Hooters. lolwtf.

Hahaha that's awesome. So sitting in hooters , browsing GPF, someone is like "hey I'm gonna try and log in under "Buck531"So random......

Sorry. I was on a drunken' bender that night and I think I drunk-log-in'd a bunch of people.

Never heard of a VPN or proxy server being used by someone to try hack an account huh? LOL I highly highly doubt someone was at that location they more likely merely used that IP address........

Seriously. What is there to hack here? log into my account. Can't take anything

use your account to make spam posts/threads. it's been done before.

Once they are in......all it takes is a name and location to start building a fake you. Next thing you know hacker-dude has a credit card in your name.

the only thing that can happen is your account get banned and you get an ip lock out soooo you cant log in or make a new account
