Umm dog needs to defend owner tell he gets his shotgun out.

Lol. That dog is lucky his owner was there. The raccoon was the same size as the dog. Doubtful the dog would have lasted. Plus raccoons can be pretty dangerous and can carry rabies. There is a big down side to living in what looks like a residential area (or apartment complex) like that. One shot from any gun and the cops will be all over you. Plus shooting at night could lead to an even bigger problem. Cops cant see as well at night.
