1. Stalking Them Online
More and more people are using social networking sites like Facebook and MySpace to find out what people are like before they even talk to them in person. A girl can usually tell when a guy has looked too much at her online profile, because she knows what information or pictures she puts on there. If a guy with which she is just an acquaintance with all of the sudden begins asking her about some of her pictures or uses her profile information to bring up all the topics that would most interest her in conversation, she will figure out that the guy has been doing some research on her. She will think it's creepy when a guy conveniently brings up her favorite music or favorite hobbies. Even worse is a guy who uses the girl's information to talk about things as if they are his own interests, thinking he is being clever by appearing to have a lot in common with her. This puts her in an uncomfortable situation where she is unsure of how much exactly this guy already knows about her, and she will be hesitant to disclose any additional info to him in person. Besides creeping the girl out, learning all about her from her online profile takes a lot away from the important stage of finding out about each other in casual conversation or out on a date.

2. Becoming Buddy-Buddy With Her Friends
When a guy wants to get closer to a girl, meeting and getting along with her friends is always helpful. However, it becomes creepy when the guy starts becoming closer with her friends than he seems to be with the actual girl-of-interest. She will think it's weird if you are suddenly making plans with them or talking to them all the time and leaving her out of the loop. She will either get the impression that you are trying to dig up insider information about her, or that you actually would just rather spend time with her friends than with her. Another feeling she might get is that she was being used in order to get to one of her friends. In any case, this plan of action on the guy's part is probably not a good idea because it usually backfires. The girl's friends will most likely fill her in on anything you said or asked about her, and she may feel insulted if you are going behind her back to get information.

3. Not Making Eye Contact During Conversation
Some guys get pretty nervous when talking to girls. A big sign of this is when a guy is unable to make eye contact with a girl, so he finds some other part of her body to stare at while talking to her. This especially happens when a girl is wearing a more revealing or low-cut shirt, and a guy can't help looking down at her chest while he talks to her. Some guys may not even realize they are staring right at a girl's chest because they are so nervous about looking her in the eyes that they don't know where else to look. Regardless if it is an intentional chest-stare or simply an uneasy social response, the girl will find it pretty creepy.

4. Bringing Her To Meet The Parents Too Soon
Having a girl meet your parents is a big step in a relationship, and making that move too soon will scare her off. By bringing her home to meet your parents, you are signaling that you think things are moving along faster than she may think. This is always a tough situation to get into, but waiting until you both have talked about where things are going or until she specifically asks to meet your parents is a safer move.

5. Figuring Out Her Schedule
Determining all the places a girl goes in a given day is definitely classified as stalking. If you "conveniently" bump into her every day after she gets out of work or out of class, she might begin to wonder why your schedules match up so perfectly. If a girl tells you what time she gets off work or class, that is one thing, but paying attention to and noting her schedule without her being aware of it is setting you up for trouble. She won't think it's very cute anymore when you are always waiting for her at the same time outside her work or apartment. She will quickly realize how closely you pay attention to where she is and what she's doing, and will determine that you are a creeper.

Some guys might think they are being smooth or clever by pulling some of these moves, whether they are trying to find out what a girl is all about or where they can run into her next. Being aware of some of the ways these creepy tactics can be interpreted by girls will help you avoid scaring a girl off.

i'm a firm believer of don't **** where you eat but somethan clicked between us.

worst case is she gets pissed off for a week or 4. i can control whatever little feelings i do have. just gotta pop more pills and drink more booze
