Well....sitting in base traffic court to fight this ticket. I was wearing my seat belt just not properly cause u dropped some stuff behind my seat.

And verdict....not guilty

so did they let you go?

Yup...it may have had something to do with the fact I had two high ranking people with me

Haha yup I even pleaded guilty due to the fact I wasn't wearing it properly. Then just pretended I was innocent

ive heard a judge tell people in court that ignorance is not a defense lol playing dumb never goes over well in court either. ive been to court a lot lol.


dirtdog fought the law, and won! its got to be a relief not to have to park off base for 30 days too.

Yea it is. And base court with the magistrate is a master sergeant and he was cool. I told him what happened and all and he was like yea we have to be strict on base and said he'd let me go with nothing more than a warning. So its not like a real court room. Military law lol

that a good thing and a bad thing at the same time lol but glad you got a warning.

Internet radio sucks today. 1hr in and I've already used all my skips allowed on 2 stations.
