I could get upwards of 200mbps downstream if I mod my modem. Of course that would be illegal and I choose freedom.

Btw this is on a 16mbps plan lol gotta love the DOCSIS 3.0 modem.

Your ISP ( internet service provider ). If you're on your phone, its gonna search for the nearest tower, so it will be slower.

i cant complain on that part i guess. just recently purchased a new desktop, the old one was.. well, from 2002, just completely out of date. i rarely saw .50mb/s uploads, now its 4-5 all day everyday, except for download speed.

amazing what a new computer will do.

Yup Comcast. Sucks balls. BUT I am paying for 6mbps and I'm glad to know it's dead on. But over the break when all the heathens were home, the bandwith surely got narrow.

AT&T U-verse are coming to install on the 13th. So we shall see how it goes then.
