sadly, i pay $60 a month. thou it sometimes peaks in the high 20's, the majority of the time it's complete trash. for example right now.
the only time comcast is decent is early in the morning (pre 6am) or right after work which is 2.30-3ish. otherwise count the bandwidth out.

i cant complain on that part i guess. just recently purchased a new desktop, the old one was.. well, from 2002, just completely out of date. i rarely saw .50mb/s uploads, now its 4-5 all day everyday, except for download speed.
amazing what a new computer will do.
