haven't weighed myself in a while but at only 3 weeks in I feel pretty good...should still be in the 190lb range....shoulder's holding up ok, knocked out 6 sets of 255x6, and a forthehellovit set of 285x4 on flat bench...left elbow's flaring a bit...need to invest in a decent sleeve....but glad I'm getting back to stronger sets quicker than I expected...
