i was at the gym yesterday getting my swell on. why do i make the regulars that try and lift a lot of weight look like girls?
cause their trying to lift to much? idk lol maybe they are girls...
i mean i can kinda keep up with them. as in, i lift more than i should because i dont go that often.
why is it with dudes that are real big...that they are just taking supplements and getting big, not actually strong? **** that.
anyone on 'roids will be up for a week or two then three weeks later will be back down to nothing.
Most of the guys I know that are really big don't take any kind of funky stuff (just meat, vitamins, protein powder, etc)... but they are in the gym 5 days a week for the past five years without fail.
188.5 this morning. Not really down, but feeling the low carb diet working. Tossed almost all soda out of my diet and going after almost only water or tea. It was said a little bit ago and I noticed that before myself. Water is one of the biggest things. Soda simply does not help, even if it's diet.
Hit the gym yesterday. Machine Of Death for 1 hour 5 minutes: 868 calories.
I want to continue the trend, but the next three days are out. I'll be getting up at 5am (usual) to work til 3pm, then home to change and straight to my mechanic buddies shop til about 11pm or later. Repeat. It's make $700-800 under the table in three days. Downside is we are swapping a motor in an Envoy. Anyone with tips, pm me.
Saw the 27x's for on the scale for the first time in 3 to 4 years when I weighed in this morning. Weighed in at 279.8 so I'm still rounding up to 280lb but still feels good.
Officially under 275lbs for the first time since high school or shortly after. Weighed this morning and averaged out at 274.8lbs.
My goal is 34.8lbs away, I'm thinking I may see it mid July at this rate.
Especially considering I've dropped 9lbs in the last two weeks. I'm loving this extra energy and confidence that comes with it.
Also here's a little before picture and as of April 1st. I've lost another 11lbs since then as well.

WTG man.. that's great.
I'm down to about 186.5. Hit the gym last night and did an hour with 5 minute cool down
http://i20.photobucket.com/albums/b2...-58-56_943.jpg
Then reset for 30 minutes at no resistance and kept going slow as a long cooldown.. when I hit 1300 total I called it.

1300 and I felt good. Didn't have much energy.. it was time to stop. Went home and had a salad with blue cheese, a burger and 4 slices of bacon on it.
great job man keep at it!
Congratz fellas dont give up for nothing.
mmm...easter candy...

Slammin' after pic. Good work dude!
Got my runs up to 3 miles before work. Gained 9lbs (since January) on lower caloric intake. Better be muscle .

I guess I will update. I changed to fat loss as well, trying to get a 6 pack. Started 28 days ago.
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 185
Measurements: 38" gut, 16" neck
Body fat: 22%
As of day 25
Weight: 174
Measurements: 33.75" gut, 15.25" neck
Body fat: 17%
All of my fat loss has been from my low carb, high fat, high protein diet and super high intensity weight training. I have done 15 minutes of total cardio since I started this.
And Bill just so you know you are burning muscle after 1 hour of cardio which massively impacts your body's ability to burn fat, and keep it off when you're done with the diet in the wrong way. I highly recommend doing HIIT instead, high intensity interval training which requires much less cardio time and burns far more calories when you stop.
Okay, went to the doc yesterday for a checkup, I'm up to 217lbs.:th_nervous:
Last year at this time I was around 195. I'm 6' tall so I'd like to be 185. Don't know how I'm gonna do it.
I like:
cheese
bacon
cake
18% cream in my coffee
donuts
so on and so forth.
Considering my dad had a heart attack at 44, and quad bypass at 55, I gotta get my trim on!
