Lol it's all good it doesn't bother me when I get called skinny its just really hard to put on weight for me.

AAAHHHH!!!!! the dreaded week after Christmas. I still did fairly good with what I ate. of course I still ate too much but I never got to that overly full feeling. Also kept just drinking water with meals so I'm still pop (soda) free now for near 4 weeks.
Weight loss wasn't as good of course but I still lost around a pound and still managed to drop just over an inch off my chest stomach and waist.
Here within the next month I'm hoping to have a couple photos for comparison so far. Started with 1 photo facing the camera and 1 photo back to the camera.
Great weightloss plan for everyone. 3rd shift instock at your local Wal-Mart...I weighed 185 when I startd working there, and within 2 months I was down to 145. I eat like a pig, and smoke like a chimney. Can't gain weight anymore if my life depended on it lol

my prob is over active thyroids,i talked to my dr about gaining weight and he said why do youy want to do that,good answer,im thinking weigh gain myself,i do a lot of bowling and could use more horse power,im 56,and only weigh 140
Rough week for me. Only lost 1.2 lbs and 1.2 inches. But have had several people ask me if I've lost weight so that's a definitely an ego booster and will make me keep at it even harder.
I've also started hitting the eliptical for 30 minutes a day along with strength training.
It's officially been a month since I've had any pop as well.
today ill be hitting the gym for the first time in a while. i will make sure to weigh myself for satisfaction purposes. time to fit in a large t-shirt before summer.
i just have a large collection of large t-shirts. **** having to wear an XL all the time.
Well, I'm on a new weight loss plan... being broke. I am used to that diet from about 2.5 years ago, along with working 2 jobs. After the holidays, the Fiancee losing her job, and me taking a paycut moving back to the states, I'm back to that again, but with only one job. It didn't help that I had to replace the LIM gasket and UIM on the GPGT we bought a month ago. I am about to start working nights, which is very boring, and I tend to eat more, but I plan on running on the treadmill there when I have downtime. The last couple of weeks, I have already had to tighten up a notch or two on my belt, which is a good sign. Still staying steady weightwise, but I am chalking that up to muscle weight and burning fat. I'll take that progress, though I would still like to lose a few lbs.
weighed in at 249.7 walking into the gym, weighed in at 248.7 on the way out. let's make it an even 249.2 pounds right now just for ****s sake.
let's see where this goes.

Too bad my holidays didn't really end till yesterday...
And so begins the fun....
the last time i was in the gym working out and weighing myself i weighed in at 246. that means that over the course of the year with all the food, drinking, and not working out i did...i only gained 3 pounds. not half bad.
