starting insanity. im 5"8 and 155.
was at 135 in high school, job bulked me up a little bit.
i need to start getting into it again. it just is really difficult to not only get motivated but to fit it in my drastically different routine now.
Busted ass today at the gyms. Did 2 sessions. One primarily weight lifting with 100 situps and 50 deep dips thrown in then another that was mainly cardio with another 100 situps, around 30 pullups total, and some running and then biking.
Sitting at 227lbs and 95lbs lost so far. Want 222lbs by Dec 6th so I can say I dropped 100lbs in a year
Can't find the time it seems.

im still hovering around 245-248 depending upon what i do each week.
i have been finding less and less time to go as i prepare my house and car for winter.
I'm up to probably 195lbs. No time for anyting except the mother nature exercise program. It includes weight lifting (large chunks of trees) and aerobics (dragging branches for the rest of my life)

im down 14lbs now. ive been stictly dieting for 5 weeks. it feels great to get rolling. i wish i knew how easy it was to lose weight earlier, i spent most life obese and never felt like i could be lean and shredded. now its only a matter of time and will power untill i have my ideal physiqye. my current weight is 282. if my calculations are correct ive got another 70lbs to lose. at 212 i should be at 10% body fat. 10% body fat is very lean, like veins on abs lean. i probably will hit in the low teens (BF%) and then start a bulk. I've got this horrible feelign that once im cut, i wont be as big as i think i am.
for anyone who is thinking about/ trying to lose fat you may be discouraged and feel like its not ever going to work, but once you get going and figure out what you need to do it truly is very simple.

I need to hit the gym, senior year of high school I was 135, halfway through the first year of college and I am 185. Tried the gym all summer and got some muscle but no weight loss. Starting to lose some with just simply eating less and drinking less sugar like pop and energy drinks. I will be hitting the gym for sure this weekend and will keep doing it to get down to a comfortable 150.
mk. i weighed 110 throughout high school, now im half way through first year of college and im 115...soaking wet. HOW did you do it? :(
