Im currently working on gaining more muscle, but i get lazy sometimes.
I eat well... like every 10 sec. lol i sleep 8 hours a day.
I figure all i need to do is work out consistently.

if you lift hard, eat alot, and sleep well then you can gain muscle. thats all there is to it.
Wow, can't believe this thread is still alive. I haven't visted these forums in quite some time.... Anyways, since I posted last year I've managed to lose 60ish lbs :) At my heaviest I was 6' and around 230-240 lbs. I'm at 180 now. Didn't really do lots of workouts or anything but changed up my diet by eating the right foods and watching portion sizes.
As of this morning I'm 100lbs lighter than I was when I started on December 7th. Officially 222.2lbs

would like to stay around 220. i dont think itll be hard to do. most of my muscle is upperbody muscle, most of the fat is below the abs. in fact, i can see the outline for my abs so... I think im going to get a gym membership, but until then just use what i have downstairs. few years ago, i cut ALL pop out of my diet, lost about 20lbs (back when i was around 180), then i started drinking pop again. dont really want to lose weight, just some lowerbody fat.
i have one 2 liter of mtn dew and after thats gone, im done with pop. food is going to stay the same, just samller portions.
I've been on a low carb diet for a while. I'v dropped from about 198 to 169. I've gained a little back, I spent a week in Vegas and got home a little before thanksgiving. I've kinda pigged out for the holiday. Back on the diet tomorrow. I try to do as much walking as I can. I'm going to work out some. I pay dearly for any workout I do with pain from my RA.
i went to the gym on a sunday. wtf?
this is the hardest time of year for me because my workout is basically just running laps around the feilds and I was running between 7-10 miles a day sometimes 15 which was awesome because I could eat like 5000 calories and not gain an ounce but and its all cold and wet so I haven't really ran for like 2 months and I'm up to 155lbs which isn't to bad considering I used to be 210 but I'm going to get p 90x or something going because I miss the low 140s
day two of gym days.
As of yesterday i've lost 23lbs since August just by restricting my calories and exercising some.
I've been using Free Calorie Counter, Diet & Exercise Journal | MyFitnessPal.com . I might start the two hundred sit-ups challenge soon.
Situs are hell of a way to increase muscle and decrease fat storage. I do at least 100 per day now and in the past two weeks I've cut almost two inches off my love handles. And an inch and a half off my waist. Not to mention I'm 220 and can see the outline of muscle at my waist and lower abs
my doctor said i should be around 230ish...i need to lose 20 pounds.
Beer, wings, and working overtime are killing me.:th_angry2:
