Maybe if they let you guys kick a little more ass out in the field you would'nt have to take it out on each other.
Seriously, there are many of us who are damn proud of you guys, and the hierarchy should know what kind of stress you guys are under. That "fight" was obviously friendly and agreed too by both parties so I don't see the "problem". At least not enough to loose rank.
