I didn't read the whole thread but I think I got an idea of what I have read.
Great job on wanting to eat healthier and be more in shape. I recently have tried to do the same. My biggest obsticle is that I'm a soda fiend. It never used to effect my body weight until I quit smoking and become more 'homely' since gas shot up and I'm salvaging every drop I can.
I have read that biking and sprint running are two of the best forms of fat burning cardio work outs. So I've been trying to get as much time in on a bike as I can, as well as doing a lot of labor type things around the house to keep my heart rate up.
