I didn't "come up" with the family emergency bit, I simply contacted him through Messenger a few weeks back before all this stuff happened to make an order with him. He told me that his grandfather died, and that he would take care of me when he got back.
I really feel for the people that got taken here, and feel fortunate that I wasn't one of them, but you coming up with this here is a stretch, and I think you need to take a step back and take a breath before you start making accusations toward someone with an outstanding reputation and never had one single complaint toward their work like me.
