I don't use ebay or craigslist sooo...have any of you guys tried looking him up there to see if he is still trying to scam? I know ebay would be kinda stupid of him..but craiglist really dont have anything to back people up.

My guess, He took everyone's money to Vegas in hopes of tripling it, but lost it all and is now attempting loan sharking to pay you guys back.

I used to talk to Parker off of here on messenger also. Guess that makes me involved? Brian (Reptile) is my best friend and Nick (bluegtp) is a very close friend. Personally, in real life, how ever you want to put it. We get together nearly every weekend. They aren't the same person, they aren't involved and that's all there is to it. That's a real stretch for you to even try and put that together in my opinion and smearing two people otherwise good reputations in a thread that has absolutely nothing to do with them. :th_shakinghead2:

And btw, none of us have been able to contact Parker either since this all started, so implying that we still talk to him is incorrect also.

Wow, really? You've never talked to someone via messenger? You better start pointing fingers back at Parker, because I've never hosed anyone on here, my local forums....anywhere....EVER. If you want to accuse me of being in cahoots with a scammer, then I'll call you up personally to chew your ass over the phone for being ignorant. Why don't you just simply accuse the entire forum for being in on it with Parker, after all, many of us bought things from him including me.

I didn't "come up" with the family emergency bit, I simply contacted him through Messenger a few weeks back before all this stuff happened to make an order with him. He told me that his grandfather died, and that he would take care of me when he got back.

I really feel for the people that got taken here, and feel fortunate that I wasn't one of them, but you coming up with this here is a stretch, and I think you need to take a step back and take a breath before you start making accusations toward someone with an outstanding reputation and never had one single complaint toward their work like me.

My refund didn't happen either.
That's $130 bucks I will never see again.

If you would have read this whole thread you would have known that I asked blue if he knew him personally(about twenty pages ago in this thread) and he said that he only knew him by online and talked with him over the phone. None of these people that I am aware of have ever met him personally. Please get all of your info together and know your facts before you start making accusations that you know nothing about. For the record, I have also talked to him offline( to place an order) so I guess this puts me in the same catgory?

The only thing weird is your continued thought that Brian, Nick and Jay are somehow involved in this. As Swash so graciously put it......You can stop your insinuations right now. I know as an admin I am suppose to be impartial, but I have known Brian and Jay for well over 2 years and Nick have known pretty well for almost the same amount of time.

Guys- We AREN't getting our money back- w/o a lawsuit in small claims court the only thing we can hope for is that he gets prosecuted on felony charges. Other then that it WOULD be nice if Paypal GUARENTEED our money- but THAT ain't gonna happen either

Yeah the only good way to use PayPal is by using a "real" credit card through PayPal to make your purchases. I am not sure if the debit credit cards hold the same protections as "real" credit cards.

I am not sure how the small claims court would work. My best advice on that would be to contact your local court house and ask them if they would prosecute the claim or if you would have to file one in the home state of the defendant (ie Parker).

That is best thoughts on that.
