Like I have said in my previous posts I feel for you guys getting screwed out of your purchases and I agree 1,000% it is wrong and should be dealt with to the full extent of the law. However, griping and complaining for 20 something pages got no one anywhere honestly, you just all look like a bunch of 5 year olds...since the poor saps that got ****ed analy could have just disputed their situation and kept it personal...I mean, since he obviously doesn't give a **** to reply to all of this anyways.

I'll admit, I really can NOT fathom this after dealing with him...having saved all this money and getting it shipped SO fast, I figured it might have been TOO good to be true, so...I guess I was right...it sure sucks though

Parker, if you do happen to long in and read this, you need to man up and explain your side of this entire situation. This is beyond wrong and if you happen to have anything left in your scrotum, you'll return.
If that's your attempt at a insult, It's real lame and completely irrelevant to what I said.

No reason to get your tampon all twisted up, I'm not the one who ripped off everyone.

It wasn't a insult, just a comment. I didn't rip anyone off either and after seeing this thing unfold I know its wrong and I eat my words, I was just speaking from personal experience...as I can't understand it in my head how someone who has been involved in this community SO much pull something like that you know? Guess it just goes to show you that things sure can come to bite you in the ass when you least expect it huh?

I knew something was up when parker was selling those aeroforce gauges for as cheap as he was. The only way he could get them that cheap was if they were potentially left overs like the Gen I's, and not the Gen II's that support analog outs. I knew the old wholesale price of these gauges 2 years ago, and theirs not much of a mark-up guys (normal sale price).

I almost bought the frozen boost 101 heat exchanger from him, but with the drama with mini, and the aeroforce gauges being so cheap I thought something was up.

All he did was build rep, trash competitors, and drag anyone through the mud that didn't agree with him.

Business wise he started doing *small things* to get his name out there, likely targeting more active and supportive members of the community. He slowly did more and more until he put his site up. After it was up for a while he increased the product line to take in more money, then bailed.

Dunno i could be wrong, may just be a guy that turned to fraud during hard times, which isn't an excuse but morally more acceptable than a full blown con artist.

Likely realized he was traceable and is bailing before he faces serious legal charges - and he likely will not post anything on the forums to prevent incriminating evidence.

Being that it was his *primary job* i'm sure an income of 4000-5000 off a scam would be a nice little profit for a guy out of desperation.

Has anyone considered the parts he did sell were not legit and may be stolen? I suggest checking for serials on parts purchased and received.

Also if anyone directly bought from him VIA credit card - turn off that card and get a new card to prevent identity theft.
Your post makes alot of sense and that is a very good point about the credit card deal. I would highly suggest anyone paying by CC to call and have it canceled and have a replacement sent out. I also remember him telling people to call him rather then use the "check out" on his site to place orders. No trail. The fact that he has commented on peoples paypal disputes but still has not posted an explanation on here is a clear indicator he was up to no good. ZZP was right on the money about this guy but unfortunatly he had gained the trust of many members by then.

And yes this is a long thread of b!tching but without it I dont think he would have started issuing refunds. The police post clearly shook him up and decided it probably wasnt a good idea to do this. People also need to vent when someone they trust screws them, its therapy.

I think that we should update the list of people and keep track of who actually got all of their money back. This means in your account, fully refunded, not just approved or pending....So, if anyone has gotten a refund PAID to their account, let us know....

I have been issued a refund. Paid via CC and the $185 is already back in my account. Took about a day. I considered canceling the card but I am just going to watch the acct. and make sure no extra funny business happens.

I'm happy this has been resolved but I would rather have just received my FWI and called it a day. I know its not coming but I still hope to see a box sitting there every time I come home.

WOW... i havent been really active on the forum in the past month or so. But i would never have expected this, i almost made a 2500 dollar purchase from him awhile back for his " 12 " second mod combo.... if i did i would have been really close to paying it off because he was gonna take monthly payments. THANK GOD i backed out of it. I hope everyone gets their money back . Good luck!

Just observing from the outside, but this does look scary. Cancel that CC NOW.
Watching that CC bill is of no use. He can use that info to get your SS number. Then he can get another card, not using your current address. You'll never know it, until you go to get a loan, and find out you are 50k in debt more than you thought. My sister had the later happen to her. They actually used her ID to build her credit score up, then took out 30k in student loans under her name in another state.

He is <was> selling Aeroforce gauges for less than he was paying for them?

He, after having people's money for a month or several months, is now starting to pay some, if not all of it back. Even offering the poster above, additional money for "working with him". Did he do that for others?

It seems the guy doesn't have a problem losing money in buisiness. The Only people who are willing to do that are people spending other peoples money, either in a tax dodge or in a ponzi type scheme.

Even if everyone on this site, or even other sites, all get paid back, they may just be paid off with his new "customers" money. That's what a ponzi scheme is, for our younger viewers. Rob Peter to pay Paul for a while, and use the money to buy things to sell to new guy, then start paying the original people back with new guys money. Then you get the big order, take off. Rinse and repeat on bigger stakes in a new situation.

Kinda of like Bernie Madoff, Except he stayed in the same Place.

I'm not hatin' on anyone here. The guy was on here for a year, built up a clientèle, then disappeared with out much more than a click of the light switch. Where does ID theft and Interstate fraud happen these days? On the Internet. What's a good place to gain the trust of people on the internet so they will send you money?? In a small group of people with a shared specific interest. People silly enough to want to trick out supercharged front-wheel drive cars

Anyway. Maybe people will feel relieved, if they only lost use of some of their own money for a while. Just don't make the mistake of thinking this is over.
The guy was here and he was at least IMHO, criminally negligent. That line was crossed when he failed to deliver items, then went silent.
This guy was given Credit card numbers, names, addresses, phone numbers. He knows you ain't poor. He knows what car you drive and where you park it. He knows how old you are, if your married... if you have kids. The same info many of us know just from logging on here. Why does that sound so creepy? Because it's true. I'm not saying that everyone who sent this guy a PM needs to enter witness protection. I'm saying stop for 10 seconds and look at what this guy knows about you.
    THEN CANCEL THE CREDIT CARD.

Talk about intrigue and mystery. They could make a movie out of this situation. This whole situation is not only wierd, but it's creating a lot of tension amongst a lot of the members on this site. Not cool guys, not cool. Hope you do all get your money back though.

Wow... Man down. We should deff not let this effect the relationship we have with the other sellers. It sux that someone can pull one over on the forum like he did. No one saw it coming, but perhaps there is a lesson learned. We just have to be more careful. Somehow that deal on the gauges did seem a bit too good to be true. Should have know something was up... And I almost got in on that action seeing how I wanna start tuning. I really hope everyone gets back every hard-earned penny that was lost.
