You can get your money back...the best thing to do is ONE person get a lawyer and explain the whole deal. You guys can all go in together and sue him for the money owed. Also yes...you might be out money if you sue him but most judges will make him pay for your attorney fees,court cost, and loss of work if you have to miss due to this. If this is a BIG mis understanding let him tell it to the judge. I don't care if he owes you 50 dollars! This is something you SHOULD do! The more people who put in reports the better your case will hold up.


EDIT: I was reading in the other thread...YES it will cost you money RIGHT now! But believe me you will win your case and will get your money back for the item AND your court cost! This is something that you SHOULD DO! The IC3 reports it to the local PD but it is best for you to contact them too and inform them that you did file a IC3 and explain what is going on. From the looks of this its going to be a FBI case. He not only scam people from GA but he went across stateline and seems as if Canada to. After talking a friend of mine he said that this is not just a "e-bay sale" went bad. He could be looking at jail time over this.

Omfg that's weird. That son of a bitc*!!!!! Tdc's second post says something along the lines of "maybe a family member died" I think that sob has multiple names and now I doubt I'll ever buy something from a "reputable" vendor on here. Fuc* yourself Parker. I know your still on this forum reading all this with a different name. I discourage anyone from buying anything off here for a while. That thread up there^ is pretty much the same as this one. Parker is a god damned scam artist, and this obviously isn't the first time. And not to call anyone out but...blue, it's awfully weird you talk to all these scammers so much. Idk I'm speculating...this is sketch as fuc* and I think it's not over

I could be wrong but i doubt those two accounts are the same person. If that is what you are insinuating.


The cars and locations are completely different. I understand that in reality those things are user manipulated and thus can be made to say anything however the posting activity was different. Ryan had about 3 posts a day whereas TDC had around 12.

One simple way to find out, i believe a mod can see their IP addresses.

I like how I am the blunt of everyone here when I say I talked to him over IM. No...you just did call me out. is your deal. I said I talked to him on IM a couple times...and did nothing wrong to me. Yeah the only good way to use PayPal is by using a "real" credit card through PayPal to make your purchases. I am not sure if the debit credit cards hold the same protections as "real" credit cards.

I am not sure how the small claims court would work. My best advice on that would be to contact your local court house and ask them if they would prosecute the claim or if you would have to file one in the home state of the defendant (ie Parker).

That is best thoughts on that.

Ya and everyone and their mom dealt with tdc and he was a "good guy" I'm not saying they are neccesarily the same person but it's awfully odd that the two incidents are EXACTLY the same. I smell bs. Wake up people
