Thread: What does everyone have going on?

I am in California on a business trip, and should be home thrusday night late. I then take my motorcycle training ourse all weekend so I can have a break in insurance. Then I pack up and fly to New York for more work.

That is what I have going on...so lets here it. what is everyone up to?

Finals for school within the next few weeks, and installed a ct turbo kit on my car yesterday. Tuning for the next week and a half so I can make it to our local track day and race.

sitting at home, getting my top-swap stuff together, waiting for my shoulder to get better (torn lebrum) then i can finish my wits training program to get certified and continue my body building, hopefully I can compete next year instead, since i can't train

Nice another BB, you run in classes or just do it for the burn?

i mostly work come home go to bed wake up and do it again. once in a while i head back home to my parents for the weekend. gotta deal with my dad complain about my bass lol. he's gonna really hate me when i get my new equipment in. i also surf ebay a lot and lately i've been buying up old gaming systems.

work and school everyday. court on the 12th for an MUI. ill probably get 3-4 months probation. after court i have to start looking for a new place to live. then 2 months after i get off probation i turn 21. who gets an MUI 6 months before they turn 21???

I kinda do my own thing, kind of like a machine once i get going. On a usual day ill be at the gym 2wice a day running in morning, lifting at night. The wits is a CPT program that goes through my local community college, so i can be official and make some money doing something i love. I was just hoping to compete this year but, shoulder had other ideas. Now i have the problem of getting back to where i was, this past December . Its really depressing for me.

Are you supping yet? That's cool with the wits program I wish I could do something like that haha. Just take it slow on recovery and do you have a schedule or just rip it?

I don't sup that often, only thing i really take on a daily basis is 100% gold standard weigh protein (no sugar added). If i do sup, i don't do it for too long or ill bloat. I mostly get all my sup's from regular food. Most sup's are just a waste of money. Any creatine will only make you bloat, and you don't use the creatine, the only time creatine comes into effect is only for a couple of seconds when you exercise. All the natural "muscle gainers" like steroids from plants don't work, they only give you side effects... i can go on and on lol. Recovery is a ***** . I have a set schedule, training is the only thing i can take seriously. I eat at certain times with only certain things. I have the perfect diet

So do you going for bulk or leaning out?

About to order rotors from TDC this week. Other than that just putting fine tweaks on my tune. Another week of work ahead. More jets breaking, so more stuff to fix. Yay us.

Ehh I am against you on the creatine situation haha, it has been debated before and will continue to be debated.Creatine causes your muscles to be flooded with water (which contains the nutrients your muscles need IE Protein) but you can lose the water weight on your muscles by a very easy cardio workout.I use POWER WHEY 100% whey ftw and 32g's of protein in one scoop with no sugar and many others that if I feel like it I will post up haha.

I do both, I used to just bulk and strength all the time with the one day off (one day should always be left off for recovery) and glutamine works great on the off days. I will swap out my schedule at 6 months so I don't plateau and can do my toning (I lose muscle during the downtime of toning and cutting but that's to be expected).

It's a huge base. Name doesn't ring a bell but without knowing his job I'd have no idea.

Kinda narrows it down. But there's three different squadrons. I'll keep an eye out.
