I kinda do my own thing, kind of like a machine once i get going. On a usual day ill be at the gym 2wice a day running in morning, lifting at night. The wits is a CPT program that goes through my local community college, so i can be official and make some money doing something i love. I was just hoping to compete this year but, shoulder had other ideas. Now i have the problem of getting back to where i was, this past December
