I don't sup that often, only thing i really take on a daily basis is 100% gold standard weigh protein (no sugar added). If i do sup, i don't do it for too long or ill bloat. I mostly get all my sup's from regular food. Most sup's are just a waste of money. Any creatine will only make you bloat, and you don't use the creatine, the only time creatine comes into effect is only for a couple of seconds when you exercise. All the natural "muscle gainers" like steroids from plants don't work, they only give you side effects... i can go on and on lol. Recovery is a ***** . I have a set schedule, training is the only thing i can take seriously. I eat at certain times with only certain things. I have the perfect diet

So do you going for bulk or leaning out?

Ehh I am against you on the creatine situation haha, it has been debated before and will continue to be debated.Creatine causes your muscles to be flooded with water (which contains the nutrients your muscles need IE Protein) but you can lose the water weight on your muscles by a very easy cardio workout.I use POWER WHEY 100% whey ftw and 32g's of protein in one scoop with no sugar and many others that if I feel like it I will post up haha.

I do both, I used to just bulk and strength all the time with the one day off (one day should always be left off for recovery) and glutamine works great on the off days. I will swap out my schedule at 6 months so I don't plateau and can do my toning (I lose muscle during the downtime of toning and cutting but that's to be expected).

Yes there is lots of debate on creatine but, hey man whatever works for you, I just can't stand drinking gallons of water a day to keep up with the creatine intake lol. I always seem to get bloated when im on it, growing a tummy and the abbs seem to disappear. I change my workouts every 3 weeks, always using muscle confusion I just take the weekends off, maybe run if i feel like it, always keeping up with the abbs, i will cry if i loose anymore of them . Yeah anytime when your leaning out you will loose some but, being nice and cut is probably the best feeling in the world, to me at least lol. When i get back into it, ill take b-12, and animal pak. I have to try not to spend too much on those cuz i want my gp to be in the high 12 mark fairly soon

i been busy too work 10 hours a day 5 days a week. the only days i have off are the weekend. during the weekend i usually like to sleep all day. last week was like the first time i bought myself clothes in almost 2 years. went to old navy and got couple painter pants and t-shirt. the damn t-shirt shrunk on me the first time i washed it i think i left in the dryer too long. now i can't wear it just going to have to use it for a rag . got rid of the sh*tvalier few months back. sold it for $700. now i got me a '95 rust bucket hunduh. paid $350 for it. lately i been buying little nick nack for it. the car have 159k miles on it and it runs like a champ! just replace the front suspensions, new seats, new tires and today i bought an arm rest for it. i really dig this DD pos. it's good on gas and i have no problem finding a parking space. plan on keeping this hunduh for long time.

Well a bloated stomach usually isn't from creatine, but a bad diet when you are gaining mass. I used to get it and then cut starchy veggies out and it has never come back since lol. I used to take animal paks but have since moved up and started my own personal multis Good luck with the GP if supps are to expensive ask for a payment plan or reduce or if they have a card system all work great :P
