Debating grabbing a set of fronts and throwing them on the rear that way, I'll still have a good amount of strut travel and I'll still be able to keep the rears lowered. I think these billsteins are just to worn ride quality isn't the greatest
I didnt install the coilovers yet. I did install my racetronix 255 and rewire though. I also discovered a nasty looking oil leak under the passenger side. It appears to be a oil pan leak. Im losing a quart every couple days or so. Thats my fun chore for tomorrow.
Ill take a look at the sensor as well. Thanks for the heads up.
unplug the neon green connector and look for oil to drip out of the terminals/sensor.
I finally decided to delete the TR's OE sensor after having a few more of them damned things fail around me.
too scary. 1/4" npt plug it.
though im willing to say ill be getting an adjustable hobbs switch at some point so it can be set at a couple psi below what hot idle is....instead of "its already ****ed" Oem sensor
I was thinking that without signal from the oil pressure sensor, it wouldnt start. If that isnt true, what am i thinking of?
I was thinking of my old car. When the oil pressure sensor went out, the car wouldnt start because it thought there was no oil pressure. Looks like ill either be using a tube of black rtv or a brass fitting tomorrow.
That reminds me. I have my turbo kit complete now. I went to ZZP friday and got the TOG DP and m90 block off along with the brass fittings for the oil feed and return. I also bought the 3-5 wire MAF harness.
This is what im working with currently

Too late. The winter wasnt kind to my strut towers and rockers.
