    Did you redo the positive?
    How old is the battery?

Glad it is working for ya and the rain cloud passed.

Well it is a die hard so maybe replaced in 08 or 09??
But honestly from that pic there is some corrosion happening on the battery connection.
I used a copper pipe wire brush to get inside of the connector and didn't really have any corrosion what so ever.
My new optima is 800 CCA, the old one was to.
When I did the HIDs a couple years ago, my positive connection was funked and I drained the battery. I did bring it back to life with a battery tender but was always paranoid.
Just saying , that positive could be a problem. clean it GOOD and a washer under the nut. then get some of this to coat all the connections.

Alright I will do that tomorrow definitely... With the pull from the subs and the hids I probably want it pretty clean

I can only imagine how freaky that was with your lights going out at night wasnt it? I keep my halogens in the glove box for such emergencys.

Dude I was so freaked out... I almost wrecked because My lights went out and be didn't see me.. I wasn't pissed because it wasn't his fault at all but I was just freaking out because I didn't want my 400 dollar headlights to be toast and my 800 dollar sub and amp to be fried becase some freaky power serge. And it was scary driving home with just fogs. Deer parinoy me... Especially with no normal headlights... And good thinking I will probably keep them in the glove Box. It was pretty dang scary for a good 15 seconds until my fogs warmed Up

Haha yea my 8.00 dollar an hour Porter job isn't gonna do the trick haha... My next project is to get new mufflers and tips welded on. I'm just afraid the people that are gunna put them on aren't really going to care about how Strait the tips are. And....... What about a resonator delete. Like you said im in high school...

Nope keep the resonator unless it needs replacing. Just like any service you pay after the work is performed... If your not happy about the job they do don't pay them until they fix it.. Plus they should have you there watching and telling them where you want it at. Minor adjustments can be made with hose clamps etc if needed.

Alright. I plan on just taking it to a local muffler shop to get my tips and mufflers welded on. And yea they probably would bring me along since everyone has their own preference

Should I have them hack the mufflers off or should I do it to have them have less labor time
