    I found out what the noise was. It was a bearing thats in the ac compressor good thing I have auto climate control lol. Just need to get a rebuilt compressor now.....yay I can smog it today then new plates

    Damn I hate the AC compressor, mine died last week, the bearings inside the compressor are grinding, AC delete pulley is in transit.

    ac works perfectly as long as its running the bad part is once ac off it makes that knocking sound like the sc is going lol. I guess running it for now its not going to hurt much other than gas

    Mom and dad's venture made that noise for about a year until it finally locked up. I replaced it and the gas mileage went up 3mpg
    98 GTP modded 1.9's, sd headers, 3.4", zzp 1.0 230K miles scrapped.

    im driving a venture van tell I get a pass on a dumb smog test. I had high NO levels on that van due to cooling fans not working. in the gp someone tuned it my fans kick on when it get up to operating temp on both fans good thing they are quite I may have to reset the bin file so they dont burn up in a year.
