I was solo when I did mine basically all I did was get it lined up then used the jack underneath the control arm and jack it up enough to hold the studs in and then I went around to the trunk and threaded the bolts on.
All it takes for me is some beer and pizza and I'm usually down to work on any of my buddies cars lol
Hahah yeah I'll have everyone volunteering if I supply all that haha
No I do not have the pogo washers yet. Should I get all four or would the front be fine? Also I was maybe thinking about just waiting to get em cuz can't you just unbolt the top n replace em just on the ground as is w.o problems. Also idk about some vinnie spacers as well. I was pretty much gonna do springs then see how it is after n then go from there.
Yea you can just unbolt and install the washers on the car. I would do both the pogo washers and Vinnie spacers. The spacers minimize the chances of blowing a cv axle. Pogo washers stopped the pogo effect you get sometimes with being lowered I run all 4 just because they are rather cheap. Try it out you may not need them. Oh and check the condition of your motor mounts if you do get a set of Vinnie Spacers.
The spacers..I know pretty much what to do with the pogo washers.
Spacers are pretty easy. You need a jack, a 4x4. Basic ratchet and or wrench and a buddy helps. Basically your going to use the jack w/ the 4x4 and jack it up on the passenger side of the oil pan. Remove the 2 bolts that hold the mount first and when you jack it up..jack it up just enough to remove the mount then a set of the spacers go underneath the mount and then a set on top. Ill post a link later to help you understand.
Some guys just use a half set and sell the other half. Personally I just used the full set since I had it and last time I checked Vinnie only sold the full set.
Which springs did you get?
