O yes I am...waiting for weather to clear up. I refuse to do the swap while its snowing! Or even supposed to snow. And I'm also really wanting to polish the throttle body! Would be hella nice

Polished would look nice but may be to much work. Go back and do the strut bars and stb in the same gold and that should be all the gold you need under the hood.
And maybe the block in purple?....
You never seen some of the hot rods out here.
Don't think he's going to go as far as pulling the motor just to paint it. It's a Grand Prix not some type of hotrod.
That turned out really nice, it really pop's in the sunlight. can't wait to see it installed.:th_thumb-up:

Also got me some good heat reflective tape for the intake tubing once its cut to length
you fabricated that tube piece where the sensor goes right? or did you buy this one?
yes the MAF.. sorry.
Its not the stock Maf. Its a z06 maf and I made the piping and all my self.
thats what i thought! still might have you make me the sensor pipe for the MAF if you're still up for it...?
Yea like same setup I have?
well just where that sensor goes in cause i should be able to get everything else from o'reilly's right? thats where you made yours?
yup.....andu dont need that piece where the sensor goes unless your changing from your stock MAF to something else
That intake mani looks great. Really loving the gold/flat black.
You will paint the intake tubing gold to match yes?
sadly the intake tubing wont be matching....i have some reflective heat tape to wrap it throughly in to help keep IAT temps down some
Is it gold reflective heat tape, cause that'd totally work too.
