Good luck getting the headliner out of the car
I've done it before...I'll do it again
Not out of the car though.
no. i just removed the sun visors. all the A-pilliars and any and everything that was on the ceiling. then just let the liner on the ceiling hang down and worked around it and all. im going to open the gm manual and see what it has to say about doing this. i dunno what i need to replace or anything yet. im going to run water over it and see where its leaking at.
one thing after anothernow the title should be wobble wobble leaky leaky
but yeah the only way your really gonna get down to it is if you take it off
I didn't read all of your posts, but I had this issues in my G6. Sunroof was leaking awful, turned out the hoses that are connected to the drains came unhooked.
I was blowing them out just as you mentioned you did. That's apparently wrong and you are supposed to only use the special tool they have to clear obstructions to prevent the hoses from coming unhooked.
Sorry if that's already been mentioned.
dont quite know how i stumbled on this...but this is what the name delilah means
The name Delilah means delicate or weak. This name is of Hebrew origin. In the Bible, Delilah betrays her lover,
so im my cars lover and she is betraying me. why did i have to name her that???
Opinions on this? I personally love it. Probably won't order it till next month I got a road trip to take first
But emblempros.com is who made ur and they said they can make me one
I like that. I'm thinking about putting a L67 badge on my comp g.
i think it would look great, i have emblem pros on my camaro and its good quality stuff. I think i might want to get one of these in blue!
Found my leak. Pics coming soon
Ok for starters here is a few pics of the damage done from the leaks
first thing i did was remove all of the A-pillars and all
Then i carefully removed the visiors for both the passenger side and drivers side of the car. Remember when removing these to be careful that you dont pull or let them hang by the wires for the lights. i made that mistake the first time i did this and had to solder the wires back together.
After you remove all of that the ceiling liner will pretty much fall down...you can see how i repaired this leak last time it leaked
next i removed the rear light holder and took out the screw on the front and rear of it off
This is leak #1
Now just some pics of my previous fix
And the location of the second leak
now just some more pics
Now i know that the drains arent clogged because as soon as i started pouring water into the roof i could instantly hear the water draining out under the car. so that rules that out. Im going to the stealership on monday to get some part #'s and prices for all of the seals that go in the sun roof because i kinda wanna take it completely out and redo them.
