Well trans diffy blew up so its pulled... Went to install heads..chipped piston...so working on prepping the new motor and rebuilding the trans again.

Ouch. How many miles on that setup?

You going to make any changes to the trans while it's apart, or just put a new final drive ring and diff in?

Trans is already strong AF. If I can find a GMR diff thats going on

You need to swap out that pinion. Which will give you a chance to check your clutches..

A chipped piston too.. hmmm
