plugs/wires (thinking i really like the autolite Double plats on my fords how do they do on s/c gp's?)
change tranny filter and just do a drain and fill
change all the filters (air, cabin, fuel) oil just got changed
    change supercharger oil
Thermostat, brakes, tires, and supercharger belt where all just replaced in the last 10k miles so i can mark those off

    slick car man,

skip the plats, these cars dont really like them. Buy some autolite copper core 606's. Here's the low on them tho, being copper the dont last as long, maybe 10-13k miles, but at being $1.80 a plug they are so cheap for 6 of them it dont really mater that they go that fast.

04-08 GRAND PRIX SPO SILVER SPECIAL EDITION GRILL SET | eBay

Someone also had some red ones for sale on here a while back, might still be available.

I really dislike the SPO grilles.... not my cup of whiskey.

When you're in the tranny, take the 30-45 minutes and install a shift kit. Intense or TransGo. ZZP is pretty much just junk as far as that goes.

no intentions of stepping on toes here but i have a few questions

why dont our cars like platinum plugs
what else should i use if i dont want to replace the plugs every 15k miles (stock replacement)
are duralast plug wires good for stock replacement
will a transgo shift kit increase the life of my trans
how often should the supercharger oil be changed
any common side affects with these cars and the factory dexcool?

as to your ?s above, i always ran autolite 104 plugs, they are the best.
as for duralast wires they should be fine.
the trans kits are really mostly for personal feel. if you want the shifts firmer go for it, but i dont think they provide any real life gains.
i never had any problems with the dexcool but some people swear it sucks.

why dont our cars like platinum plugs: Old technology motors, like old tech plugs, like copper core, lasting only 10-15k miles should no be a concern unless you cant fork over 12 bucks on new plugs. If you really want to, you can pay the 5-6 bucks a plug for stock replacements.

what else should i use if i dont want to replace the plugs every 15k miles (stock replacement):

are duralast plug wires good for stock replacement: Yep, those are good.

will a transgo shift kit increase the life of my trans: It can, a shift kit is always a good upgrade, slows down wear,

how often should the supercharger oil be changed: 30k miles

any common side affects with these cars and the factory dexcool?: Getting air in the cooling system cause's the dexcool to sludge up. IF maintained and changed on a regular 50-60k mile basis it will be fine. You can switch to green coolant if you want to too, to not have to worry about that, just gotta get all the old dex out then swicth.
