I was thinking more about the time it would take and well... You can see how much room I have to work with in this garage. lol
But I've definitely tackled a few complex rebuilds that would be insane to anyone without experience in satellite communications. Heck, they'd be insane to anyone IN sat-com.
And unfortunately, their function and configuration is sensitive information, so no story time. But if you google AN/GSC-52, that's about the size and complexity that I'm dealing with.
So after that tangent, I think a 4T65e isn't as much of a challenge as it seemed before... The real challenge is going to be getting the wife to agree to me possibly committing vehicular homicide all over the garage floor, then taking up half of the garage with a transmission rebuild that could take weeks.
