    Got 99 Grand prix cranks but wont start. checked ignition spark at the ignition modules or whatever they are called. Got spark from all six wire plugs, am assuming that means crank sensor good? since getting spark. Check fuel pressure 45-50 psi when cranking. Checked compression all around 150. Replaced pcv valve and pressure sensor on top of it. Sounds like it backfires when cranking over at times. Any suggestion on what going on. checked codes not throwing anything to reader.

    ever do a tune up? has it been slowly taking a crap on ya? or was it perfect yesterday and dead today?

    Took crap starting to wonder if upper intake
    Is leaking just not enough to hydro lock.

    If hydrolocked, there would be no crank.

    pull the plugs, see if they are wet with coolant.

    your plugs are wet either from coolant or fuel. also whats the compression like? what were the last 5 things done to the engine?

    If you pull the TB 3 10mm. Look right in and see if it's soaked
    I drink..so consider that when reading my posts.

    Ok found coolant in intake so replaced upper and lower intake gaskets. Do I need to replace plugs they aren't that old? Did notice some of plugs were loose. Don't know if it was from extra pressure in cylinders when motor was still running and trying to hydrolock. Still can't get it to start. Everything else looks good. Haven't checked timing yet.

    it getting gas? check the rail shrader valve, see if any thing sprays out.
