Yesterday when I turned my car on it decided that a) I would have no power to the wipers at all, and b) there would be no airflow coming from the heating/cooling system whatsoever (I can hear the system moving when I change where it should be coming from, like switch from defrost to in my face, but there's no air movement). So, I decided to check the fuses first. The problem is that I absolutely cannot get the inside fuse box cover off, no matter how hard I pull. The manual says to pull up on it, and I read other forums whose members said you have to pull REALLY hard sometimes, but I simply cannot open the cover no matter what.

    Any advice?

There are clips on all sides of the cover.
