Don't say that FFDP, then he'll be posting up wanting to know what a Miss is and why parts of his plugs are missing! Lmao
If you haven't read about Modding these engines just keep your hood closed until you catch up on more reading.
Search, search, and more search. Thats the best advice I am giving.

your way off base, you need headers, and a i/c or e85 to run that small a pulley. or boom. you dont "need" valve springs or rockers.

98 Buick Regal GS, F body brakes, Caddy STS wheels, tinted tails L36 bottom end, lightly ported heads, 1.95 roller rockers, headers, gen 5 N* 3.0 pulley, FSIC, 42 lb injectors, a BrandonHall rebuilt trans, DHP tuned and AEM water/Meth injection https://goo.gl/gpV5kW
